Make Zivver visible in Outlook

When Zivver is installed, it is possible that the add-in is not visible in Outlook. Possible causes are:

The add-in is inactive

  • In Outlook, you do not see the Zivver tab
  • When you write an email, you do not see the Zivver switch.

You are not logged in with the correct mailaddress into Zivver

The Zivver switch is not visible when you write a message. This can occur if you use multiple mail addresses and try to send an email from an account that is incorrectly logged in. Read how to check if you are logged in.
