When ZIVVER is installed, it is possible that the add-in is not visible in Outlook. This can have the following causes:
The add-in is inactive
When the ZIVVER tab is not visible in Outlook and you do not see the ZIVVER switch when you write an email, the ZIVVER add-in may be inactive.

You are not logged in with the right mailaddress into ZIVVER
If you use multiple mail address in Outlook and you try to send an email from an account which is not properly logged in, the ZIVVER switch is not visible while writing a message. Read how to check if you are logged in.
