Message is not displayed properly - Your account is not activated in the plugin
Introduction
You cannot read received or sent Zivver messages until you activate your account in the Zivver Office Plugin. This page explains how to activate your account in the plugin.
Activate your account
- In Outlook, click Zivver >
Manage accounts.
Manage your accounts opens. - Click add_circle Add your first account.
- Depending on the settings, the Zivver Office Plugin may recognize the email addresses in your Outlook profile. You can either:
- Select the email address you want to use with Zivver from the list.
- Enter your email address manually.
- Click .
- Complete the steps in Zivver to log in with your account.
You may be asked to enter an SMS code or a code from an authenticator app.
