How to enable secure email to a recipient who does not have a Zivver account? If you installed the Zivver Office Plugin, you easily send Zivver messages directly from Microsoft Outlook.

Procedure

1. Open a new message in Outlook.
2. Click the switch toggle_off in the gray Zivver toolbar.
   Now the toolbar becomes blue. Secure mailing is on.
3. Add a recipient.
4. Click the identity verification icon how_to_reg.
   A new window opens.
5. Click the drop-down box adjacent to the recipient.
6. Choose a verification method.
   
   • SMS to new number
     
   • Set up organization access code
   • Access code
   • Verification-e-mail - Choose this only if there is no alternative.

7. Click OK.
   
8. Write your message as usual.
9. Click Send.
