Reset your two-factor authentication (2FA)
If you want to change your current two-factor authentication method, you must delete it and set up a new one. Do these steps.
- Log in to the WebApp.
- Go to the bottom left of your screen for Settings settings .
- Click Security security .
- Click the trash bin icon delete_forever and remove the old 2FA method.
- Click SETUP.
A new window opens. - Click NEXT.
- Select the option SMS code or Authenticator app.
- Click NEXT.
- Verify your phone number or the Authenticator app.
- In the last screen, download the backup codes.
It is very important that you save these backup codes.The backup codes are usually stored in your Downloads folder.
