Downloaded messages are empty
Attempts to download messages by FTP in the Zivver WebApp result in empty message bodies.
Cause
The administrator did a reset of the password and did not enter a recovery code.
Solution
- In the WebApp, open Message recovery
Settings settings > Message recovery history - Click Recover.
- Do one of these alternatives:
- Use the recovery code.
- Select **I remember my old password”. Then fill out the old password.
- Use the recovery code.
