Downloaded messages are empty

Attempts to download messages by FTP in the Zivver WebApp result in empty message bodies.


The administrator did a reset of the password and did not enter a recovery code.


  1. In the WebApp, open Message recovery
    Settings settings > Message recovery history
  2. Click Recover.
  3. Do one of these alternatives:
    • Use the recovery code.
    • Select **I remember my old password”. Then fill out the old password.
