To send a Zivver message, you may need to start Zivver by pressing the Zivver button in the Outlook toolbar. However the button may only be accessible via the More more_horiz toolbar icon.

To pin the Zivver button to the taskbar so it can be started more conveniently:

1. Select Settings settings at the top of the page.
2. Select View all Outlook settings.
3. Select Customize actions under Mail.
4. Scroll down to Toolbar.
5. Check the box Zivver.
6. Select Save.
   The Zivver OWA add-in is now pinned in the toolbar.
