Cannot set delegated access to a functional account

An administrator cannot set delegations for a functional account in the Zivver WebApp. This functional account was changed from a personal account.

Cause

The password is not the same for this account as is for the organization. That is why the administrator cannot set delegations to this functional account or change the password.

Solution

  1. In the WebApp, convert the functional account to a personal account.
  2. At login, reset the password.
  3. Convert the account to a functional account again.
After the conversion, you cannot read the messages that were sent in the past.
