When the credentials of a user are compromised, the administrator can do these steps.

• Log out a user from all the sessions. Also, this step cancels Remember my credentials for 30 days.
• Set two-factor authentication (2FA) again.

You can do these tasks in the Zivver WebApp with administrator rights.

Procedure

1. In the WebApp, open Accounts.
2. Click Edit on the account name.
3. Scroll down to Active sessions. Then, click Delete Sessions.
4. Scroll to Authentication factors. Then, click Delete.
