Cannot read Zivver messages

You cannot read messages in the Zivver WebApp at this time. You see an error stating that the messages are locked and cannot be accessed.

Previously, you were able to access these messages.

Cause

You have reset your password, and the messages are encrypted with your old password.

Solution

If you are a free user, follow the instructions in how to restore access to messages to recover access.

If you are part of a business organization, contact your (Zivver) administrator to request access to the old messages. The administrator can restore your access.
