Zivver makes a proof of delivery for Zivver messages in the Zivver WebApp. The format of the report is PDF.

The Proof of Delivery report has these purposes:

• Inform the sender of a message what the status is of the delivery of their (notification) message.
• Give the sender detailed information about the delivery process of their message

In some cases, the report also shows whether the recipient opened the message or not.

Procedure

1. Log in to the Zivver WebApp.
2. In the left panel, click a conversation
3. in the top right corner of that conversation, click the more more_vert icon.
   A drop-down menu opens.
4. Scroll down. Then, click Download proof of delivery. done_all
