View a Proof of Delivery report (WebApp)
Proof of Delivery is a paid feature. If you are interested in this feature, please contact your Zivver account manager or the Zivver sales team at sales@zivver.com.
The Proof of Delivery report is only available for messages sent via Zivver.
Zivver generates a Proof of Delivery report for messages in the Zivver WebApp. The report is available in PDF format.
The Proof of Delivery report serves the following purposes:
- Inform the sender about the delivery status of their (notification) message.
- Provide the sender with detailed information about the delivery process of their message.
For messages that are not sent as Direct Delivery emails, the report also shows the status of the message being opened by the recipient. This status is determined by the Zivver platform when the recipient successfully decrypts the Zivver conversation to which the message belongs.
Procedure
- Log in to the Zivver WebApp.
- In the left panel, click a conversation.
- In the top-right corner of the message, click the More button.
A drop-down menu appears. - Click done_all Download Proof of Delivery.
- Save the PDF file to your computer.
