Introduction

Just like with regular email messages, it is possible to forward existing Zivver messages or conversations to new recipients. This document explains how forwarding works in the context of the Zivver WebApp.

  1. Select a Zivver conversation.
  2. Click the Options more_vert icon in the top right corner of the message pane for the message you want to forward.
  3. Select Forward forward from the drop-down menu.
A new conversation is created, containing a new message, which in turn has the message you have chosen to forward as an attachment.
  4. Add recipients as needed.
  5. Fill in the body of your new message.

The SEND button is grayed out if the new message doesn’t contain body text or lacks a recipient.
  6. Press SEND
Your message goes through the usual Zivver checks and is sent once any outstanding security issues are resolved.
