Browser is not supported
Introduction
What should you do when the Zivver WebApp does not support your browser? In that case, you will see the following message:
Unsupported browser
The browser you are using is not supported by Zivver because older browser versions are less secure. It is therefore important to keep your browser up to date and download the latest version. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Zivver works with many browsers, but not with Internet Explorer, older browsers, and some mobile browsers. This is due to security risks.
For the list of supported browsers, please refer to the Product Compatibility Guide.
Notes
The WebApp does not support the following browsers:
- Internet Explorer
- Safari older than v9
- UC Browser
- Opera Mini
- Android v4.3 and older
There may be no Android update available. This depends on the device manufacturer.
