Switching to a colleague's mailbox in the WebApp

Introduction

This document explains how to switch to a colleague’s mailbox in the WebApp. To do this, you need access to their Zivver account.

If you don’t have access but should, contact your organization’s Zivver administrator.

Switching to a Colleague’s Mailbox

  1. Log in to the WebApp.
  2. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen person_pin . If you have access to your colleague’s account, it will appear below your own.
  3. Click your colleague’s account to switch to their mailbox.

You can now read conversations and send messages on their behalf. To switch back to your own account, repeat these steps and select your own account.
