Switching to a colleague's mailbox in the WebApp


This document explains how to switch to a colleague’s mailbox in the WebApp. To do this, you need access to your colleague’s Zivver account.

If you do not have access to your colleague’s Zivver account, but should have, contact your organization’s Zivver administrator.

Switching to a colleague’s mailbox

  1. Log in to WebApp.
  2. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen person_pin .
    If you have access to your colleague’s account, it will be displayed underneath your own.
  3. Click the email address to go to your colleague’s mailbox.

Here, you can read the conversations and send messages on behalf of your colleague. You can always switch accounts by clicking the profile picture.
