How do you restore access to old messages in the Zivver WebApp? You lose access to old messages when you create a new password. Your old messages are encrypted with a key that is based on the old password.

Do you work at an organization that uses Zivver for secure emailing? Then you are a business user. Contact your organization’s service desk. An administrator can grant you access to your old messages.
