Revoke a Zivver message in Outlook Web Access
Introduction
How do you revoke a Zivver message using the Zivver Outlook Web Access Add-in?
Did you accidentally send a message to the wrong recipient? Or did you attach the wrong file? In such cases, you can revoke the Zivver message. The message and attachments will immediately become inaccessible to all recipients.
Revoke Message
- Select the message you want to revoke.
- Click the
Zivver logo* in the top right corner of the message.
The Zivver side panel opens. - Click the options button in the top right corner of the message to open the menu.
- Select
Revoke Access.
- Choose whether to revoke the message for recipients only or for everyone.
- Choose whether to revoke the message immediately or after a set period.
- Optional: If you choose to revoke the message later, specify after how much time it should be revoked.
- Click .
Depending on your selection, access to the message is now revoked, or an expiration period is set after which access will be automatically revoked.

Restoring access to a Message
Would you like to make a revoked message accessible again? Follow these steps to restore access for the recipients.
- Select the message you want to restore.
- Click the
Zivver logo* in the top right corner of the message.
The Zivver side panel opens. - In the blue notification, click the button.
- In the confirmation screen, click .
- Close the window.
The message access has now been restored.
