Revoke a Zivver message in Outlook Web Access
How to revoke a Zivver message in Zivver Outlook Web Access Add-in? Did you accidentally send a message to a wrong recipient? Did you send a wrong attachment with the message? In these cases, you can revoke the Zivver message. Immediately, the message and the attachments are not accessible for all the recipients.
Revoke message
- Select the message that you want to revoke.
- In the right upper part in the message, click the Zivver-logo.
The Zivver side panel opens. - In the right upper part of the message, click the icon with the three dots to open the menu.
- Choose Revoke access.
Do you want to make the revoked message accessible again? Repeat the steps. But choose the option to recover the access to the message at the last step.
