How to open a Zivver message in the Zivver Outlook Web Access Add-in?

Procedure

1. Select the received Zivver message.
2. Click the Zivver logo at the top right of the message.
   The Zivver side panel opens. In the side panel, you can read the secure message and download attachments.

Did the sender add extra security to your message with Recipient Verification, such as an SMS code or access code? In that case, you cannot read the Zivver message in OWA at this time. Click the Open message button to read the message in our WebApp.
