Introduction

How do you log in to Outlook Web Access (OWA) with your Zivver account?

Automatic login

  1. Click New to create a new message.
  2. If your organization supports Single Sign-On, you will be logged in automatically. A window will open, log you in, and then close again.
  3. You are now logged in, and Zivver will protect you against data leaks.

Manual login

If you are not logged in automatically, follow these steps to log in manually:

  1. Click New to create a new message.
  2. Click the Zivver logo in the top menu or under the icon with four squares grid_view.
    The Zivver side panel opens.
  3. Click LOG IN.
    A message may appear: A new window opens in Send Secure with Zivver.
  4. Click Allow.
    A new window opens with the Zivver login page.
  5. Log in.
    Note
    Login options depend on your organization’s settings.
    • Automatic login with workplace credentials: After entering your email address, you log in automatically if your organization supports this feature.
    • Login via your organization’s login page: If you are redirected to your organization’s login page, enter your workplace credentials to log in.
    • Login with your email address and Zivver password: If you are not redirected, enter your Zivver password after entering your email address.

After logging in, you will automatically return to OWA.

You are now logged in and ready to read and send secure messages. If you encounter login issues, contact your organization’s Zivver administrator.
