How do you view a delivery notification in the Zivver Office Plugin?

Procedure

1. In Outlook, open Sent Items.
   You see an icon of a closed envelop in your sent Zivver message.
2. Hover your mouse cursor over the envelop to see who opened the message.
   • a black, closed envelop mail means that none of the recipients opened the message.
   • A black, opened envelop drafts means that not all the recipients opened the message.
   • A colored, opened envelop drafts means that all the recipients opened the message.
