Remove 2FA for device

If nobody else touches your computer or mobile device, you can consider to remove the two-factor authentication (2FA) for the Zivver Office Plugin.

  1. In Outlook, click Zivver > Manage accounts.
    Manage your account opens.

  2. Adjacent to the account name, click Log in.
    Optional: Select Remember my credentials for 30 days.
    A new window opens.

  3. Enter your password. Then, click Log in.
    Log in with extra factoropens.

  4. Select Trust this device.

  5. Enter your access or SMS code. Then, click Verify.
