Exclude device from 2FA

If nobody else uses your computer, you can consider removing two-factor authentication (2FA) for the Zivver Office Plugin.

The steps below assume that you are not currently logged in to the Zivver Office Plugin. If you are logged in, you need to log out first.
  1. In Outlook, click Zivver > Manage accounts.
    Manage your accounts opens.
  2. Next to the account name, click .
    A new window opens.
  3. Optional: Select Remember my credentials for 30 days.
  4. Enter your password, then click .
    A new window opens.
  5. Select Trust this device.
  6. Enter your authenticator or SMS code, then click .

You are now logged in to the Zivver Office Plugin, and the device is excluded from 2FA. To remove this exclusion, follow the steps in Remove automatic login.
