Introduction

The Zivver Office Plugin can remember your credentials for 30 days. This allows you to send secure messages in Outlook without having to log in every time you open the application. Enabling this feature saves time and improves your workflow—especially if you use Zivver frequently throughout the day.

The following procedure assumes that you are currently logged out of the Zivver Office Plugin. If you are still logged in, sign out before continuing.

Procedure

1. In Outlook, click Zivver > Manage accounts.
   Manage your accounts opens.
2. Next to the account name, click Log in.
   A new window opens.
3. Select Remember my credentials for 30 days.
4. Continue with the login process.

You are now logged in to the Zivver Office Plugin, and your credentials will be remembered for 30 days. If you want to remove this setting, follow the steps in Remove automatic login.
