How to send a Zivver message to a colleague with the Zivver Office Plugin? This colleague has a Zivver account too.

Procedure

1. In Outlook, open a new message.
2. Enter the email address of your colleague’s.
3. In the gray Zivver toolbar, set the switch to On toggle_off . The Zivver toolbar becomes blue to indicate that secure mailing is set to on. it is not necessary to do an identity verification because your colleague has a Zivver account too.
4. Complete the message as usual. Then, click Send Your mail client sends the message securely through Zivver. You can find that message in Sent Items.
