How do you reply securely to a normal email in Outlook with the Zivver Office Plugin? Somebody sent you a normal email. Now you want to reply with a Zivver message.

Procedure

1. Select the email that you want to reply to.
2. Click Reply.
3. Write the message as usual.
4. Click the switch toggle_off in the Zivver toolbar.
   The toolbar becomes blue. Secure mailing is enabled.
5. Click identity verification method how_to_reg .
   A new message opens.
6. Click the menu adjacent to the recipient.
7. Choose the recipient verification and fill out the fields.
   
   • SMS to new number or Access code.
     
   • Verification email. Only when you do not know the mobile number and cannot agree an access code.
8. Click OK.
9. Click Send.
   You replied securely to a normal message in Outlook.
