Introduction

This document describes the changes introduced in Zivver Office Plugin release 5.0.3

Release highlights

This release is a hotfix version that resolves two critical issues that we introduced in the previous release.

Bug fixes

• fixed an intermittent issue which caused users to be unable to reply to a non-Zivver message.
• fixed an intermittent issue which caused users to be unable to forward a non-Zivver message.

Known issues

Adding attachments to an unencrypted copy of a sent/received message is done in the background.
If a message is archived before this process is finished, not all attachments might have been added to the unencrypted copy.
The workaround for this is to manually store an unencrypted copy. You can do this from within the Zivver conversation itself in Outlook.
