Re-enable Plugin in Outlook 2010


This document explains how to re-enable the Zivver Office Plugin after Outlook has disabled the plugin. Zivver can no longer be found in Outlook. Or you can recognize this by the message: > Outlook has disabled the plug-in. Outlook can prevent a plug-in from running, if it slows down Outlook. This happens even if the delay is too large by just a few milliseconds. By enabling the plug-in manually, you indicate that you would like to continue using this plug-in.

This document is only suitable for use with Outlook 2010.

Re-enable the plugin

  1. Click the File tab at the top left of your Outlook window.
  2. Then go to Options.
    A new window opens.
  3. Select the Add-ins tab.
  4. Then click Disabled Plugins in the drop-down menu at the bottom.
  5. Confirm the selection.
  6. Locate the Zivver Office Plugin in the list.
  7. Click Activate.
    The plugin is switched on again. You can now safely communicate via Zivver.
