Re-enable Plugin in Outlook 2010
Introduction
This document explains how to re-enable the Zivver Office Plugin after Outlook has disabled the plugin. Zivver can no longer be found in Outlook. Or you can recognize this by the message: > Outlook has disabled the plug-in. Outlook can prevent a plug-in from running, if it slows down Outlook. This happens even if the delay is too large by just a few milliseconds. By enabling the plug-in manually, you indicate that you would like to continue using this plug-in.
This document is only suitable for use with Outlook 2010.
Re-enable the plugin
- Click the File tab at the top left of your Outlook window.
- Then go to Options.
A new window opens. - Select the Add-ins tab.
- Then click Disabled Plugins in the drop-down menu at the bottom.
- Confirm the selection.
- Locate the Zivver Office Plugin in the list.
- Click Activate.
The plugin is switched on again. You can now safely communicate via Zivver.
