Manually add a Zivver account


How to manually add a Zivver account in the Office plug-in?

The Office plug-in does a check which e-mail addresses are active in Outlook. But you receive emails for an email address that is not automatically recognized. For example, an alias. You manually add this e-mail address to read and send Zivver messages.


  1. In Outlook, click Zivver.
  2. Click Manage accounts account_circle .
    A new window opens.
  3. Click add another account add_circle .
    A new window opens.
  4. Click Enter email address.
  5. Enter the email address of the account you want to add here.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Enter your password. Then, click Log in.
  8. Do the instructions on the screen.
