Manually add a Zivver account

Introduction

How do you manually add a Zivver account in the Office plug-in?

The Office plug-in checks which email addresses are active in Outlook. However, you may receive emails for an address that is not automatically recognized, for example an alias. You can manually add this email address to read and send Zivver messages.

Procedure

  1. In Outlook, click Zivver.
  2. Click Manage accounts.
    A new window opens.
  3. Click add_circle Add another account.
    A new window opens.
  4. Enter the email address of the account you want to add.
  5. Click .
  6. Select Yes, I want to login.
  7. Click .
  8. Enter your password.
  9. Click .
  10. Enter the 2FA code.
  11. Click .

The account is now added and logged in to the Zivver Outlook Plugin.
