Save or print a Zivver message

How to print a Zivver message or download a full Zivver conversation?

Send a Zivver message to your own inbox

  1. Open the Zivver message.
  2. In the message you want to save, click Save.
  3. Choose Send an email copy to your.mail@domain.tld to send a copy of the Zivver message to your regular email inbox.
This option are unavailable with some email service providers.

A pop-up window opens. It says that a connection security check is in progress.
If DANE or TLS security is available, the connection process continues.

If a secure connection is possible, a message shows. Also, the Send button becomes available
4. Press SEND
You sent a copy of the message to your email address. The subject line and the message body of the copy show a clear mark.
If the attachments exceed a certain size, you get links to these attachments in the body of the copy email.
If you cannot securely send a copy of the Zivver message to your mail server, you get a prompt to download or print a copy of your message.

Download a Zivver message

  1. Open the Zivver message.
    Do the steps in the notification email.
  2. In the message you want to save, click Save.
  3. Choose Download to save a copy of the message on your local drive, in EML format.
    If you open this file, usually your email program saves it automatically.

  3. Choose Print to print your message.

Download a Zivver conversation

  1. Open the Zivver message. Do the steps in the notification email.
  2. Click the printer print in the Zivver bar. The print menu of your browser opens.
  3. Choose the destination Save as PDF, Print to PDF or similar.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Choose the location where you want to save the conversation.
