Introduction
To help you as best as possible, Zivver can view your screen with you. We use the TeamViewer tool for this. A Zivver employee can also take control of your screen. This way, we can solve the issue more quickly.
When you share your screen via TeamViewer, the Zivver employee can see everything on your screen. Make sure that no sensitive information or personal data is visible.

Let Zivver view your screen
- Click here to download TeamViewer.
- Save and run the file.
The file doesn’t start automatically? Then click on it. - Grant permission to run the file.
- Enter your name as soon as the new window opens, if it’s not filled in automatically.
Zivver will now receive your request. - Grant permission when prompted that Zivver Support wants to connect to your screen.
A Zivver employee can now view your screen.
