Notifications in English
Users get their Zivver notification messages in English, but you expected a different language.
Cause
The user accounts have English in their profile. The reason is that the first Zivver administrator had English in their profile. That is why all the accounts that the Zivver Synctool created got the same language setting.
Solution
- Change the language in the administrator profile.
- Start the Synctool again.
You must manually change the language of the existing accounts. The administrator or the user can do that. Otherwise:
