Introduction

Before guest users open a Zivver message, they must do a verification through SMS, email, or access code. In the Zivver WebApp, the administrator can allow these recipients to skip that verification.

If the administrator disables this function, guest users must do the second verification again.

Procedure

1. Open the pane of the organization-wide verification methods.
2. In Set verification methods > Recipients options, select the check box Enabled.
