Introduction

Before guest users can open a Zivver message, they must complete a verification via SMS, email, or access code. In the Zivver WebApp, the administrator can allow these recipients to skip that verification.

If the administrator disables this feature, guest users will need to complete the second verification again.

Procedure

1. Log in to the Zivver WebApp with your administrator account.
2. Open the room_preferences Organization Settings.
3. Open Policies.
4. Click on Verification methods.

5. Scroll to Trusted device authentication for recipients.
   

   Do you not see the option Trusted device authentication for recipients? Then contact your Customer Success Manager or support@zivver.com. They will be happy to assist you.

6. Enable the option Recipients can stay authenticated on their device.
   From now on, the option to allow users to remember the device will be available.
