Adoptable accounts

Before you claimed your domain in your Zivver organization, anyone with an email address using your domain could create a free Zivver account. After claiming your domain, you likely want to manage all accounts associated with your domain. This is where adoptable accounts come into play.

Adoptable accounts are the free accounts that were created using your domain. By following the adoption process, you can adopt these free accounts into your organization.

As explained in the adoption process, the accounts are not immediately added to your organization. Users need to log in once after the adoption process has started to be adopted into your organization.
