Introduction

In this Quick Reference Card, we explain how to remove a domain from Zivver.

As an administrator, you can unlink the organization’s domain name from Zivver. After this, users can register with Zivver using an email address that falls under your domain, without you being notified.

Removing the domain

1. Log in to the WebApp.
2. Click Organization Settings.
3. Expand General in the left-hand menu.
4. Click Domains.
5. Click Manage next to the domain you want to release.
6. Click Release domain.
   A warning pop-up will appear.
7. Read the warning.
8. If you agree, click Release domain.
   The domain will now return to the available status.
