Introduction

This document explains how to set up a trusted network.

If you set up a trusted network, users in this network can login without an additional login method (2FA). You can also set that users cannot log in from outside the trusted network.

Add a trusted network

1. Log in to WebApp.
2. Select Organization Settings tune .
3. Select Trusted networks wifi_lock .
4. Select ADD.
5. Insert the IP address (network range).
6. Insert a description.
7. Select ADD.

8. Optionally, you can check the box for No extra login method (2FA) needed within the trusted networks if 2FA is not necessary in the trusted network.
   

   It is less safe to log in without an additional login method!

9. Optionally, you can check the box for Block access outside trusted networks to block Zivver access from outside the trusted network.
   

   Make sure you have added the right IP addresses. Otherwise, you will not have access to Zivver.
