Delegate access to another user in an organization

Introduction

How can the administrator grant access to a user to a different user account. This can be useful, for example, when a user goes on holiday and different user must access their email.

  2. Select Edit edit next to the account.
  3. Go to Grant access.
  4. Select Revoke delete_forever behind the user’s name.
