Understand what kind of information your organization sends and whether users send this information securely when expected. These statistics show how often business rules are applied, and in particular, how likely users are to follow or ignore Zivver recommendations.

The Business rules section is part of the Insights Dashboard in the Zivver WebApp and contains the following two overviews:

• Recommendations followed over time: The percentage of messages sent with Zivver after a business rule was triggered, shown per month.
• Recommendations followed by rule: The number of messages where a specific business rule was triggered, and their distribution between sent with and without Zivver.
