Import verification methods
Introduction
Using a CSV file, you can set a default authentication method for recipients in the Zivver WebApp.
Below is an example of such a CSV file. This file results in two entries: one uses SMS with phone number +31612345678
, the other uses the access code 1234567
.

Importing a CSV file
- Prepare the CSV file that you want to import.
- Log in to the Zivver WebApp.
- Click on
Organization Settings in the left sidebar.
- Click on
Policies.
- Click on Recipient verification.
- Click .
- Drag and drop the CSV file into the designated area, or click to browse for the file.
The file is validated before import.
The results of the validation are shown in a table. If all rows are valid, a blue banner x were imported – please review them and click import to finalize
is shown. If there are invalid rows, an orange banner x verification suggestions were rejected – you may proceed with the import ignoring the rejected rows, or upload the file again after correcting the rejected rows

Each row in the table shows the following information:
- Status: The status of the row. This can be one of the following:
- accepted: The row is valid and will be imported.
- rejected: The row is invalid and will not be imported.
- Name and email: The name and email address of the contact.
- Verification Method: The verification method that will be used for the contact. This can be one of the following:
- SMS code: The contact will be verified using SMS.
- Access code: The contact will be verified using an access code.
- Verification details: The details of the verification method. This can be one of the following:
- The phone number that will be used for SMS verification.
- The access code plus optional hint that will be used for access code verification.
- Click to import the accepted contacts, or click to re-upload the file with the rejected rows corrected.
- Confirm the import by clicking in the confirmation dialog.
The imported contacts are added to the organization contact list and can be used as verification methods for recipients of Zivver messages from your organization.
