Grant access to read and send on behalf

With Account Delegation in the Zivver WebApp, you can allow one account to read and send emails on behalf of another account. This is useful, for example, when an assistant needs to manage the inbox of a manager. Delegated users can read and send messages, but they cannot change the host account’s settings or password.

  1. Log in to the Zivver WebApp.
  2. Click Organization Settings.
  3. Expand User administration.
  4. Click Accounts.
  5. Click next to the account to which you want to give delegated access.
  6. Scroll down to Delegated access.
  7. Click .
  8. Select the user you want to give delegated access.
    Tip
    You can type the first letter to quickly jump to the email addresses starting with that letter.
  9. Click .
