Introduction

Zivver administrators can adjust texts used by Zivver when sending secure messages. This way, texts for external communication can be personalized and fit in with your communication policy. These texts can be adjusted from the administrator panel.

For ease of administration, Zivver provides several templates to use as a starting point. These templates include texts for:

• Introduction message
  only sent, if activated, on very first secure message to this recipient
• Notification message
  Sent when new secure message is sent to this recipient (without Zivver account)
• Your website
• Communication to your recipients
