You must have a claimed domain.

In the Zivver WebApp, you can add a mail alias to an existing account.

1. Open the accounts page in the Zivver WebApp.
2. Highlight the account that you want to process. Then, click Manage.
3. Scroll to Mail aliases.
4. Click the Add alias button.
5. Enter the email address you want to add as an alias.
6. Click the Add alias button.
   The alias is now added to the account.
