What are the advantages of upgrading from Zivver Synctool V1 to Zivver Synctool V2?

Synctool V2 offers an improved user interface, greater transparency and security, and reduced complexity. The new features make the Synctool easier to use.

• You can now remove many accounts during a manual synchronization. In the previous version, the maximum was 5% of your accounts at once.
• The user interface is more intuitive and navigation is easier.
• You can change the primary email address in Zivver.
• Before the synchronization starts, you get a clear overview of all upcoming changes.
• You can combine multiple sources (LDAP, Exchange, CSV, Excel) in a single configuration profile. This reduces the number of synchronization profiles. For IT providers who manage the Synctool for multiple customers, this is an advantage. The same applies if you use organizational units in Zivver.
• You can load the Synctool configuration profile from any folder on the server. This means it’s not necessary to open the Synctool to load the correct configuration, for example, when using a service account.
