Troubleshooting access permissions for functional accounts
Troubleshoot automated synchronization
If the manual synchronization resolved the issue and assigned the users the correct permissions to the functional account, there might be a problem with the automation. Check the points below to troubleshoot the automation:
- Check if the automation has run.
- Check if there are any errors visible in the automation log.
- Check if the sync profiles are scheduled in the correct order:
- First, synchronize user accounts.
- Then, synchronize the functional accounts.
- Check if the (service) account running the automation has the correct permissions to access the sync profiles.
