Troubleshoot automated synchronization

If the manual synchronization resolved the issue and assigned the users the correct permissions to the functional account, there might be a problem with the automation. Check the points below to troubleshoot the automation:

  • Check if the automation has run.
  • Check if there are any errors visible in the automation log.
  • Check if the sync profiles are scheduled in the correct order:
    1. First, synchronize user accounts.
    2. Then, synchronize the functional accounts.
  • Check if the (service) account running the automation has the correct permissions to access the sync profiles.
