Exchange data preview gives no results
The Zivver Synctool preview returns 0 results, but no error messages are shown.
Cause
The account that tries to connect to Microsoft Exchange does not have the required permissions:
- Distribution Groups
- View-Only Configuration
- View-Only Recipients
It is also possible that Exchange Full Administrators do not have all these permissions, although they can still make configuration changes.
Solution
Create an Exchange role with these permissions, and assign the account to that role.
