JSON error at connection Synctool

When connecting the Zivver Synctool to your Zivver organization, you receive a JSON error.

The JSON error displays the beginning of the HTML page that the Synctool is trying to reach.

Cause

The hostname is incorrect.

Solution

  1. Open the Zivver Synctool.
  2. Select the profile you want to modify.
  3. Go to Target (Zivver) > Connection.
  4. Use the button to reset the hostname to https://app.zivver.com/api/.
