JSON error at connection Synctool
When connecting the Zivver Synctool to your Zivver organization, you receive a JSON error.
The JSON error displays the beginning of the HTML page that the Synctool is trying to reach.
Cause
The hostname is incorrect.
Solution
- Open the Zivver Synctool.
- Select the profile you want to modify.
- Go to
Target (Zivver) > Connection.
- Use the button to reset the hostname to
https://app.zivver.com/api/.
