Error new users app.zivver.com could not be downloaded

When newly created users log in through Azure AD single sign-on, the plug-in tries to download the SSO URL as a file. They can get this error:

Error: Consumer/ from app.zivver.com could not be downloaded. Website can not be opened. The requested website is not available or can not be found. Please try again later.

The problem can happen sometimes or always.

Cause

This cause is possible if the problem happens always. the Azure Connect Tool moved to a different server. Because of this move, the configured sync rules became unavailable.

Solution

Reconfiguring the AAD Connect Tool and Sync Rules Editor on the new server.
