AADSTS65005 Misconfigured application at Entra ID login
Attempts to log in to the Zivver WebApp result in a redirection to the Microsoft login page.
Cause 1
Possible causes include the following situations:
- The client did not list a permission for ‘AAD Graph’ in the requested permissions in the client’s application registration.
- The admin did not provide consent in the tenant.
- The application identifier in the request does not match the client application identifier that is configured.
Solution 1
Ask your admin to correct the configuration or to provide consent on behalf of the tenant.

Cause 2
Incorrect user attributes.
Solution 2
Reconfigure the user.extensionattribute1 mapping.
- In Entra ID (not Entra Connect), retrieve the
objectGUID. - Save the data.
- Download the metadata from Entra ID again.
- Upload the metadata to Zivver again.
