No actions possible on Zivver popup window Office Plugin

When a popup window opens of the Zivver Office Plugin, you cannot select options or do other GUI interactions. You use multiple displays.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Zivver is OFF.
  2. You create a message in a new window on the external display. standard screen zoom settings at 100%
  3. You trigger a warning-level Business Rules.
  4. You click Send.

Result: In the Zivver pop-up, you cannot select Close all and send as normal message or a different option.

Cause

A possible cause is a drawing problem with Office add-ins.

Solution

Change the display settings to compatibility mode. Do these steps.

  1. In Outlook, go to File > Options > General.
  2. Under User Interface Options, select Optimize for compatibility (application restart required).
This mode disables dynamic scaling. The text in the entire app might become blurry whenever the app is on a secondary display.
