How do you check why a user does not stay logged in to the Office Plugin? Normally, a user remains logged in for one month with their Zivver account.

Check

Verify that the following data is synchronized for a user across different workstations or sessions:

1. A user can use multiple email addresses in Outlook. For each email address, the user can log in with a separate Zivver account. These account details are stored in the following location and must therefore be synchronized between different workstations or sessions:
   %AppData%\Zivver\OfficePlugin\accounts\

2. Each Zivver account has its own folder. This folder contains the configuration file zivver.user.config. Open this configuration file in a text editor.

3. A value is written to the registry for each logged-in Zivver account. Verify that these values are synchronized between different workstations or sessions:
   HKCU\SOFTWARE\Zivver\OfficePlugin\Secrets\
