Remove Plugin Assisted Mail Submission
Follow the steps below to remove Plugin Assisted Mail Submission (PAMS). After removing PAMS, the Office Plugin will send secure mail over HTTPS traffic to the Zivver platform instead of through the mail server. Read the instructions here to remove the Zivver Office plugin.
- Disable PAMS for all users by using the registry key below.
- Go to https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/transportrules and delete the mail flow rule “Zivver Plugin Assisted Mail Submission”.
- Go to https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/connectors and delete the Send Connector for Zivver.
