Implement Plugin Assisted Mail Submission in Exchange on premise

How to implement Plugin Assisted Mail Submission (PAMS) in Microsoft Exchange on-premise 2013 and newer. If your organization uses Microsoft Exchange Online, refer to the corresponding chapter.

But with Microsoft Exchange On-premise you cannot redirect a message in a Mail Flow Rule to a specific Connector. For that reason, the Accepted Domain and Contact are created. The Mail Flow Rule redirects the filtered message to the Contact. This Contact has an email address with the Accepted Domain. The Connector is set up to submit every message for that Accepted Domain to the Zivver SMTP Server.
