The Zivver add-in button is normally visible under Home in the Outlook ribbon. The caption says Read securely with Zivver with subtitle Zivver Group. If this button is not visible, the change was successful.
If the button is still visible, do a check whether you used the correct installer, the 32-bit or 64-bit.
