Zivver Mobile App Installation Manual for Intune
Introduction
How to install the Zivver Mobile App on iOS and Android? How to deploy that app to users with Microsoft Intune?
Technical requirements
- Administrator access to Microsoft Intune.
- The users’ phones must meet these requirements:
- iOS v13.0 or higher
- Android v7.0 or higher
- Must be able to connect to

over TLS v1.2 via port 443
Installation
Configure the mobile apps in Intune. Use the links below to jump to the sections for the different operating systems:
Android
Do these steps to configure the mobile app for Android devices in Intune:
- Log in to the Azure admin center.
- Go to Intune.
Search Intune in the field at the top, or open this link. - Click Client apps.
- Click Apps.
- Click addAdd to add a new add-in.
- Select Android as the App type.
- Click App information - Configure.
- Enter this information in the App information pane:
- Name: Zivver Android (example)
- Description: Zivver mobile app for Android (example)
- Publisher: Zivver B.V.
- Appstore URL:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zivver.app&hl=en
- Minimum operating system: Android 7.0 (Nougat)
- Optional: Fill out the other fields.
- Name: Zivver Android (example)
- Click OK.
- Click Add.
- Click Assignments.
- Click Add group.
- Select the preferred Assignment type:
- Available for enrolled devices: Assign the app to groups of users who can install the app from the company portal app or website.
- Available with or without enrollment: Assign this app to groups of users who did not enroll their devices with Intune. The users must have an Intune license.
- Required: The app is installed on devices in the selected groups.
- Available for enrolled devices: Assign the app to groups of users who can install the app from the company portal app or website.
- Click Included groups.
- Click Select groups to include. Then, choose the groups to which you want to assign the app, or select Yes adjacent to Make this app available to all users with enrolled devices.
- Click OK to confirm the selection and close the Assign pane.
- Click OK to close the Add group pane.
- Click Save.
The configuration is now complete. Users will be able to install the mobile app from the company portal app or website, or it will be installed automatically for them, depending on the Assignment type selected during step 13.
iOS
Do these steps to configure the mobile app for iOS devices in Intune:
- Log in to the Azure admin center.
- Go to Intune.
Search Intune in the field at the top, or directly open this link. - Click Client apps.
- Click Apps.
- Click addAdd to add a new add-in.
- Select iOS as the App type.
- Click Search the App Store - Select app.
- Click the Search the App Store field.
- Type Zivver.
- Select the Zivver app that appears below the search field.
- Click Select at the bottom to confirm.
- Click App information - Configure.
Make sure that you already entered most of the information. - Change the Minimum operating system to iOS 13.0.
- Click OK to close the App information pane.
- Click Add.
- Click Assignments.
- Click Add group.
- Select the preferred Assignment type:
- Available for enrolled devices: Assign the app to groups of users who can install the app from the company portal app or website.
- Available with or without enrollment: Assign this app to groups of users whose devices are not enrolled with Intune. Users must be assigned an Intune license.
- Required: The app is installed on devices in the selected groups.
- Available for enrolled devices: Assign the app to groups of users who can install the app from the company portal app or website.
- Click Included groups.
- Click Select groups to include and choose the groups to assign the app to, or select Yes next to Make this app available to all users with enrolled devices.
- Click OK to confirm the selection and close the Assign pane.
- Click OK to close the Add group pane.
- Click Save.
The configuration is now complete. Users will be able to install the mobile app from the company portal app or website, or it will be installed automatically for them, depending on the Assignment type selected during step 18.
Uninstallation
Do these steps to uninstall the mobile app using Intune. This option is only available in Intune for the iOS version of the app.
- Log in to the Azure admin center.
- Go to Intune.
Search Intune in the field at the top, or directly open this link. - Click Client apps.
- Click Apps.
- Select the iOS version of the mobile app.
- Click Assignments.
- Select the group the app is currently assigned to.
- Click Remove and then Yes to confirm.
- Click Add group.
- Select Uninstall as the Assignment type.
- Click Included groups.
- Click Select groups to include and choose the groups for whom the app should be uninstalled, or select Yes next to Uninstall this app for all users or Uninstall this app for all devices, depending on your preference.
- Click OK to confirm the selection and close the Assign pane.
- Click OK to close the Add group pane.
- Click Save.
The uninstallation of the mobile app now automatically starts on iOS devices of the users.
